Limited Warranty AquaBanas, Inc. (AB) offers a limited warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship for AquaBanas inflatable products that are in possession of the original owner for the following time periods, from shipping date:
~ Land-Based Inflatables = 2 Years
All customer warranty claims are subject to inspection of the product by AquaBanas personnel. Clear photos must be provided to AB to begin a warranty claim. Ordinary wear and tear will not invalidate the Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, alterations, natural disasters, improper handling or storage, improper maintenance or care, or abusive and/or negligent treatment of the product. If the product is evaluated by AB and is found defective during the warranty period, AB will bear the cost of shipping a repaired and/or replaced product in both directions; otherwise, all shipping costs will be borne solely by customer. This Limited Warranty is not a guarantee that the product will not, through use, handling, and storage, develop tears or punctures from time-to-time, the repair of which is the responsibility of the purchaser. These tears and/or punctures are not considered “defects” for purposes of this Limited Warranty. A repair kit is provided with the purchase of each AquaBanas product to facilitate this type of repair. AB recommends that you perform regular safety inspections and have a thorough inspection before opening the inflatable, especially if it has been idle for over three (3) months. Yellowing of Glue - Please note, glue may yellow around the edges of D-ring plates, handle plates, tubular attachments, gator mouth flaps and/or other areas on an inflatable. This yellowing of the glue is more apparent on lighter colors than on darker colors. It is a natural occurrence of the glue and is specifically not covered under warranty. FAILURE TO FOLLOW AB’S PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS MAY VOID THE AB LIMITED WARRANTY. YOUR USAGE OF AB PRODUCTS ON A HARD SURFACE BASE (ANY SURFACE OTHER THAN PRISTINE CLEAN GRASS OR SAND, OR ON PROTECTIVE TARPS) CONSTITUTES IMPROPER USAGE FOR PURPOSES OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY. YOU MUST USE STAKES AND TIEDOWN TETHERS ON LAND AT ALL TIMES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF USERS AND THE PRODUCTS. PRODUCTS MUST BE SECURED TO SEA OR LAKE BEDS, DOCKS, YACHTS OR OTHER STRUCTURES WHEN BEING USED IN WATER. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID THE AB LIMITED WARRANTY. AB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS WARRANTY AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE
